The Black Keys Hit The Kia Forum With Band Of Horses, The Velveteers


The black keys continued its long North American tour on Saturday night with a show at Kia Forums in Inglewood, California, with the support of herd of horses and Velvets.

The tour, which kicked off in July, marks the first major outing for The Black Keys, led by guitarist/vocalist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney-in three years. The group has since released two new albums, 2022 abandonment boogie and covers album Delta blues 2021 Delta Kream. Both of these sets were featured extensively throughout the Forum show alongside a vast amount of tracks from the band’s entire catalog spanning twenty years.

The blues-rockers’ tour will wrap up in the coming weeks with shows in Highland, CA (10/9); Phoenix, AZ (10/10); Rogers, AR (10/13); Houston, TX (10/15); Austin Texas (10/17); and Dallas, Texas (18/10). For a full list of upcoming The Black Keys gigs, head to the band’s website here.
